RESPONSE TO BR'S ALL-UNDER-APPRECIATED TEAM

After a very interesting read of Bleacher Report's All-Under-Appreciated team, the Crossed Up team has disagreements and decided to post our own version of who would be on our teams. Share this post & tell us who would be on your team.

Tenz

PG - John Wall

- As a former #1 pick in the 2010 Draft, Wall has been injury prone & hasn't played a full 82 game season, averages 3 turnovers a game for his career & has an inconsistent jumpshot, shooting below 45% for his career. With all that said, the potential he has will be showcased in this 4th season of his career. He's averaged around 18 pts & 8 asts for his career, add that with his amazing athleticism & speed with a 6'4 frame, he has all the tools needed to be a top 10 point guard in the league. With solid players around him now, his Wizards will be expected to snag a playoff spot in the East.

SG - Klay Thompson

- When people think of the Warriors, people think of Steph Curry and rightfully so. But any true basketball nerd knows not to sleep on his backcourt partner Klay Thompson. I'm a big fan of this kid & I think sometimes he gets lost in the shadow of Curry and now his new teammate Andre Igoudala. He showed he's just as deadly of a shooter as Steph in Game 2 of the WCF against San Antonio when he scored 29 pts in the first half & finished 8/9 from the 3-point line.

SF - Kawhi Leonard

- You could make a legitimate argument that Kawhi Leonard is a few years away from being a top 10 player in the league. He showed the world on the biggest stage that he's fearless & is more than willing to take on who many say is the best player in the league today, LeBron James. In 3 games in the Finals, Leonard ended up with a double-double. To me, if former Spur forward Bruce Bowen had athleticism and a better jumpshot, he'd be what Kawhi Leonard is now. He's the future of the Spurs.

PF - LaMarcus Aldridge

 - One of, if not the most underrated PF in the game, I've been a fan of LaMarcus Aldridge for a while now. He's a really good scoring big man who's a legit threat shooting from mid-range, even has a fadeaway in his arsenal à la Dirk Nowitzki. Like Klay Thompson, he's been a victim of being on a smaller market team and under the shadow of another player, whether it was a fresh Greg Oden, Brandon Roy or Damian Lillard. I think he'll need to go to another team to truly get the respect he deserves, but to anyone who hasn't seen him play, go look him up on YouTube. I'd suggest the 40 point game against San Antonio.

C - Andre Drummond

-
This is a wild card pick to me, but I'm going with Andre Drummond once again based off potential. Him and Greg Monroe are twin towers in Detroit, and now with Josh Smith & Brandon Jennings, this is a team that on paper should be in the playoffs this coming season. I'm sure he'll get lost in the sauce & not see a lot of floor time but trust me when I say this kid will be special. I became a fan of Drummond watching a game in the Summer League this year where he had 12 pts, 16 rebounds, 6 blocks & 5 steals. Scary to think a big man can put up a stat line like that. Once he has a couple more years of experience and knowledge, he can be a top 5 center in the league.
